RESOLUTION

We like to think that we provide a space and service that is accommodating enough to keep everyone happy. However, we live in the real world and sometimes people don't see eye to eye. We have a framework in place to navigate this possibility and bring everyone back to a place where they're all happy and comfortable

To begin with we would like you to contact your artist directly and politely explain what you think could have gone better. Chances are they'll appreciate your honesty and be more than willing to find a compromise that works for you both. In the event that a compromise can't be reached the studio will mediate between you and help find a solution that works for everyone involved and results in everyone walking away happy.

If this is not possible and if we deem the situation requires it we, as the owners, will step in personally and donate our time towards guiding the situation to a favourable outcome.
