Policy

To make a booking at Requiem a non-refundable deposit is required. To cancel or rearrange your appointment we require a notice period of at least 72 hours. Notices of less than this time period, or no notice given, will result in your deposit becoming forfeit to cover our artists' lost time. Appointments may be rearranged twice with no penalty as long as the correct notice is given, after that the deposit is forfeit.

In emergency or extenuating circumstances the loss of deposit is down to the individual artist's discretion.

The deposit amount varies between artists and is usually a percentage of their day rate.
